Returns and Exchanges

Grl with Luv does not offer returns or refunds for any products purchased through our website. Once a product has been purchased, all sales are final. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products
  • Physical products

If you have any questions or concerns about a product before purchasing, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you make an informed decision. However, once you make a purchase, you agree to abide by this no return and no refund policy.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in certain cases, such as if a product or service is defective upon arrival or if we made an error in processing your order. In such cases, we will work with you to find a solution that satisfies both parties.

If you haven't received your order

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost packages during shipment if tracking wasn't purchased. We strongly advise all of our customers to purchase tracking in order to ensure the package can be located at all times throughout shipment and be able to file reclamation if anything happens to it.

If you entered the wrong address

Please always make sure your provided address is correct before finalizing your order at check out. Make sure that the unit or suite number is also included.

Please keep in mind that after an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address and it will be returned to us, for which we will have to charge you a re-shipping fee.
