Shipping Guarantuee
We ship with a company that guarantuees packages are delivered within the timeframe, but due to the covid-19 restrictions, shipping times could be slightly increased for destinations outside of Europe.

Express Shipping
This shipping is reccomended if you need your items with you in the next days. This shipping takes 2-5 business days. Please send us an email at grlwithluv.com if you would like to use it, as the cost of it is very location and weight sensitive.

If you haven't received your order
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost packages during shipment if tracking wasn't purchased.We strongly advise all of our customers to purchase tracking in order to ensure the package can be located at all times throughout shipment and be able to file reclamation if anything happens to it.
If you entered the wrong address
